Overview

datafolkz.co is an online platform. It assists the candidates in acquisition of skills required for a desirable career path. It does assessment of skills through live industry projects. Its aim is to providing interview opportunities to successful candidates i.e. candidates who qualify all the requisites set by datafolkz.co, with placement support. It schedules live training sessions, reviews assignments, provides feedback with scores, reviews student projects & codes along with personalized video call feedback with scores, answers support queries posted by students related to particular concept or topic.

Personally Identifiable Information

To use our Service, an email address, username and password are required. As described further in this Privacy Policy, we use personally identifiable information to deliver the Service, to comply with reasonable requests of law enforcement, and recommend additional content to you. We may share your personally identifiable information with our vendors/ associates to perform services for us or to be able to provide you with allied services and opportunities.

Training, Evaluating & Interview

Training, evaluating and arranging Interviews are the primary functions of datafolkz.co which it practices to serve the users in exchange of consideration in the form of service charge.

Information Collection On The Service

Our Service allows for an interactive experience by integrating a commenting platform. By using our Service you understand and agree that we are providing a public comment sharing platform and that we or other Users may search for, see, use, re-post any of your User Content that you make publicly available through the Service.

Personally Identifiable Information:

If you or others opt-in to sync email accounts with our Services, we will also collect information that we can associate with Member profiles.

Sharing: We may disclose your Personally Identifiable Information collected to unaffiliated third parties as described below:
• Who we may share your Personally Identifiable Information and anonymous information with: We may share your Personally Identifiable Information and anonymous information such as encrypted email addresses or device identifiers with our Hiring partners who may have interest in hiring candidates from Data Folkz. We may also share your Personally Identifiable Information with our Marketing agencies who will use the data only for our marketing and promotional purposes.
• Who you may choose to share your User Content with: Any Personally Identifiable Information or content that you voluntarily disclose for posting to the Service, such as User Content, becomes available to the public, as controlled by any applicable privacy settings. To change your privacy settings on the Service, please change your profile setting. If you remove information that you posted to the Service, copies may remain viewable in cached and archived pages of the Service, or if other Users have copied or saved that information.
• What happens in the event of a change of control: We may buy or sell/divest the company, or any combination of its products, services, assets and/or businesses. Personally Identifiable Information such as customer names and email addresses, User Content and other user information related to the Service will likely be among the items transferred in these types of transactions. We may also transfer or assign such information in the course of corporate divestitures, mergers, acquisitions, bankruptcies, dissolutions or similar transactions or proceedings.

• Submitting law enforcement requests: datafolkz.co is located in India, will only respond to valid legal process in compliance with Indian law. All summons must be validly issued through the Courts in India having jurisdiction. When requesting user information, official law enforcement authorities should submit the following information by mail to datafolkz.co, Law:

· The display name of the user profile in question.
· At least one permalink of a comment left by the user profile in question
· Details about what specific information is requested and its relationship to your investigation. We cannot process overly broad or vague requests.
· A valid email address so we may get back in touch with you upon receipt of your legal process.

How We Use And Share Non-Personally Identifiable Information

Use: We may use and disclose Non-Personally Identifiable Information and User Content (which, depending on what you have chosen to include in such User Content, may directly or indirectly identify you) for any number of reasons and with our Technical/ IT Department, Hiring Partners and Marketing Agencies in order to monitor and analyze use of the Service and for the Service delivery and technical administration; to diagnose or fix technology problems reported by our Users or engineers that are associated with certain IP addresses; Service Promotion and to increase our Service’s functionality and user-friendliness; to better tailor it to your needs; to generate and derive useful data and information concerning the interests, characteristics and website use behavior of our users; to verify that visitors to and users of the Service meet the criteria required to process their requests; and to automatically update the datafolkz.co application on your system and related devices.

Information Posted In Public Forums

The Service provides a commenting platform and you should be aware that any information which you voluntarily include and transmit in connection with the Service (e.g., online in a blog or otherwise online) may be viewed and used by others. We are unable to control such uses of your information, and by using the Service you assume the risk that the information provided by you may be viewed and used by third parties.

Changing Or Deleting Your Information & Targeting Opt-Out

All registered users may review, update or correct the Personally Identifiable Information provided in their registration or account profile by changing their “user preferences” in their account.

Therefore the users may choose to opt out if the security requirements are not suitable to the respective user.

Payment Gateway

Datafolkz.co does not possess or retain any information pertaining to user credit/ debit cards or other akin payment accounts or other information such as email address, Registered Phone Number, Transacting Name, Registered Address etc. as the same is managed and controlled by Avenues India Pvt Ltd (CCAvenue) & Razorpay Software Pvt Ltd (Razorpay) and therefore the users are informed to use their reasonable prudence while doing any transactions in favor of Data Folkz towards its services. Any proven misuse of any such information shared shall be taken against Avenues India Pvt Ltd (CCAvenue) & Razorpay Software Pvt Ltd (Razorpay) only and the users hereby upon making the payment undertake not to implicate Data Folkz or its concerns for any such misuse or other violation, if any.

Policy Toward Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register for an account. If you are under 13, please do not send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under age 13 is allowed to provide any personal information to or on Data Folkz.
